Rehnquist has passed away

It all starts over again.

Bush is not in a good way, the next three years look to be a hell of an uphill battle. Let's hope he can pick a candidate less controversial and less crazy than Roberts.

Bush could pick Teddy Kennedy and he would be lambasted by the press.

The point is to attack and ridicule Bush on all fronts until the presidency is safely back in the hands of the people (that is the Democratic party...which, of course is the same thing.)

That's not exactly the point I was trying to make.

I mean, Bush's approval rating is so low, any mildly divisive choice of his will force is ratings even lower.
