Cliff from oneutah.org posted a comment below chastizing me for hoping that Christian Burridge loses so I can run against Chris Cannon. This is not the case. I'm not saying I want Burridge to lose.

Far from it.

I've got a Burridge lawn sign up and have been telling everyone to vote for the guy. I've even met up with Darci from his campaign to get my sign and took a few more to deliver personally. I know it's not much, but it's what I've had time to do.

I want to face facts though, Cannon is popular. And I phrased that as an "if" not a "when."

I think Burridge can do it and I want him to. Believe me, I care too much about this Country and the State of Utah to want Christian Burridge to lose.

But if Christian Burridge isn't able to unseat Cannon, I think I'd like to give it a try. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. In fact, people should get the vote out for Burridge specifically to prevent that from happening.

I apologize if anyone got the idea that I didn't want Burridge to win because I wanted to run. If anyone from the campaign wants to contact me to see if there's anything I can do to help his campaign from my modest platform, feel free to send me an email.

Word on the streets is that Mr Greenstreet is up to his old tricks again - Stealing intellectual property and claiming it as his own.

Anyone who has had scripts, treatments or footage stolen by Mr. Greenstreet ought to contact the person who has filed the lawsuit. Mr. Greenstreet's unethical past is going to be the death of this film.

I wonder if Greenstreet knows that lawsuits such as these take years and years unless there is some sort of settlement. And that will assure that this film never sees the light of day.

Word on the street is wrong.

I can personally attest that everything about this project is on the up and up.

I can also personally attest that everything about This Divided State was too, but a few naive kids felt stung for no reason and perpetuate the rumours that Greestreet "steals" intellectual property.

And if anonymous actually knew myself, Steve or anything about the lawsuit but vague rumour, then they would know that things are better than ever.

What lawsuit?

Hey, what's all this "finally" talk?

Stenar & Steve,

Why don't you two seriously get a room and spare all of us decent folk from having to listen to your filth!

Bryan and Steven,

Are you two seriously getting sued? If so you should contact that TV judge dude from "Eye for an Eye" 'cause he can really lay down the law like it's nobody's business. I think it could make for some interesting TV and might get you some free publicity for your film.

Bryan,

I'm glad to hear you picked up Take the Money and Run. Let us hear your thoughts after you give it a lookie-loo.

Your pal,

Duckie

Seriously, who's this "Duckie" character?

Jack Tripper said...

Steven,

You know my full name, Duckshire J. Butters. What else do you need to know?

Your pal,

Duckie

Oh, come on, silly. Why would I have known your full name?

Jack Tripper said...

'Cause I told you silly.

Doesn't matter. If "Duckie Butters" is that guy's real name, then calling him a fag and/or pillow biter is both acceptable and encouraged on this blog.

You don't honestly think "Duckie Butters" is his real name, do you? Wow.

Sorry, Duckie. Just some retribution for your SGblog comments. I'm just "razzing".

Steven,

"Duckshire J. Butters" is my full name. Duckshire is my mother's maiden name. J. oddly doesn't stand for anything, not on my birth certificate anyways. It just says "J." for my midddle name. My parents wanted me to have the middle initial "J." but couldn't agree on John or James so the just put "J."

Yes, I was teased about my name in grade school and in high school I tried to get people to start calling me John but that didn't catch on at all and it only made matters worse. So I decided that John was a lame and unoriginal name and that Duckie was unique and therefore kinda cool. I have never been ashamed of my name since. I like it! There isn't another Duckie Butters in the world that I am aware of. So there you go.

Stenar,

You calling me gay IS slander. However me calling you gay is not.

Why.. because you ARE gay. And guess what folks? Something isn't slander if it IS true.

How do you like them apples?

Your pal,

Duckshire "Duckie" Butters

HA! Your name actually IS Duckie! Man, what a fag. God, I hate you. LOL.

Anywho, that's how come I figured you knew my name.

Are you really getting sued or is this another one of your publicity stunts like those "anti" Steven Greenstreet blogs?

Duckie Butters

Duckie, you're too much!

You're probably right about my comments above. I guess I don't know what I'm talking about.

Also, I'm afraid of you finding our who I am. That's why I'm posting as anonymous.

Anonymous, don't be afraid!

And thanks for conceding.
